Accommodation


	The calm and peaceful Blue bedroom has original exposed beams with both an east and west aspect. There is an en-suite bathroom.

	The bright, golden Master suite has a grounded atmosphere. The original exposed beams add to this feeling, and the east and west aspects add morning and evening sunshine. The dressing room leads to the bedroom and an en-suite shower.

	The Purple bedroom is fresh, light and airy. The exposed beams give a spacious feel to this delightful room. The private bathroom adjoins the bedroom.


	All bedrooms have TV and DVD, tea and coffee facilities, radiators with individual thermostatic controls, hair drier and alarm clock.


	The cozy and comfortable sitting room with wood burner, has TV with Freeview and DVD. The shelves hold an eclectic stock of books if you need extra reading material. If nothing suits you, please ask. There are also lots of puzzles and games.


	We have a selection of DVDs that may be borrowed, and there is a rental shop in Lampeter. Please ask Rosemary or Jim for details.

The bright dining room catches the morning sunshine. Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 unless previously arranged.

The dining room may be used by guests at any time.

For the evenings there is an excellent pub locally, but if you prefer to have a takeaway there are a number nearby to choose from (see links).

There is also the Barbecue for your use. We are happy to keep your food chilled until you are ready to cook.

Evening meals are available by prior arrangement for £15 per person. Please supply your own wine.
