Llanllwni mountain is to the north east and offers views, walking and bird spotting. Kites, buzzards, larks and ravens are common, however probably not just when you want them.

On the right day you may find the Teifi valley full of Dragon’s breath.

There are official mountain bike trails on LLanybydder mountain (next one beyond LLanllwni mountain). The Gorlech Trail, described by riders we spoke to as “awesome” is just 6 miles from us. There is also the new Raven Trail. For more information see mountainbiking Wales, mtb-wales and More Dirt.
